1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between adds97 and its users. By accessing the adds97 platform or using its services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. adds97 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

Adds97 is an entertainment-focused online gaming and betting platform. We are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment. These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2 Account Register

4 Deposits & Payments

The following rules must be followed when making a deposit on adds97:

• Accepted Methods: Deposits are currently accepted via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum amount is required for each deposit. Deposits below the specified threshold will not be accepted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The following rules apply to all adds97 bonus and promotional offers:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Specific wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x), meaning the bonus amount must be wagered that many times before withdrawal.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus funds or claim them fraudulently will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• Reload Bonus: Special reload bonuses are offered to regular members. The terms for each offer will be stated separately.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed for all betting activity on adds97:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless adds97 decides to void it under special circumstances.
• Odds Changes: adds97 reserves the right to change odds at any time. Odds on bets that have already been accepted will not be affected.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, adds97 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Maximum Win: A maximum win limit applies per bet. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on adds97:

• Multiple Accounts: If an individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• Fraud & Manipulation: Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to exploit the system is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Automated Software: Using automated software or bots for betting or gaming is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: adds97 complies with international anti-money laundering policies. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Account Sale: Selling or transferring an adds97 account is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Payments: Using another person's payment account to make transactions is prohibited.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Adds97 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or system exploitation.
• Failure to provide the documents required for verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (36 months or more).
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

Any bonuses applicable to a permanently closed account will be forfeited. However, you may contact our support team regarding the withdrawal of your own legitimate funds (excluding bonuses).

Users may also contact the support team at any time to request account closure.

10 Responsible Gaming
